The quarter-finals at the World Cup in Alexandra Palace will be a meeting of the big darts stars. Two of them are already arguing in advance.
The verbal skirmishes are now starting on the way to the final of the Darts World Cup. In focus: The two top stars Michael van Gerwen and Peter Wright. The Scot Wright had praised van Gerwen’s quarter-final opponent Callan Rydz to the skies – and made him the favorite in the duel and for the title. Of course, van Gerwen didn’t let that sit for long.
