Inspectorate investigates online sales of slimming medication: ‘Doctors and pharmacists violate the law’

The Healthcare and Youth Inspectorate (IGJ) will investigate the online sale of slimming medicines. On some websites, Dutch doctors prescribe prescriptions to patients without personal contact or medical consultation. This is evident from research by Kassa. In doing so they act contrary to the law.
