The first weekend as a world champion MotoGP proved to be bitter for Marc Marquez. Disconnected from his GP25, the new world champion has fallen at high speed, hitting the right shoulder. Marquez was immediately transported to the medical center of the Mandalika circuit. Dr. Angel Charte explained to Dazn Spain after the first exams: “There is a small fracture to the clavicle, but there is a bit of confusion because it is the worked arm”. Possible injuries to shoulder ligaments are not excluded. Marc will fly to Madrid to understand the extent of the accident and the type of rehabilitation to follow.

Bezzecchi promptly apologized for the mistake, which also compromised his race. Marquez does not make dramas: “Marco came to ask me sorry. I accept his apologies.
