Someone was injured in a collision between two cars in Meppel this morning. The accident happened on the Ambachtsweg, near sports park Ezinge.
The driver of a white van was taken to hospital with unknown injuries. The other person involved, who was in the gray car, escaped unscathed as far as is known.
The road was temporarily closed to traffic at the time of the accident, but has since been reopened. Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
