The Barcelona City Guard has administratively denounced the driver of a Cabify vehicle who has tested positive for drugs after colliding with a taxi, an accident in which passenger was slightly injured of the latter vehicle.
As reported by the Guardia Urbana, the collision between the two vehicles occurred at around 7:23 a.m., at the height of Ronda General Miter 196.
