ING protects customers for further damage due to dating fraud: 70% put a stripe through ‘relationship’ with scammer | Money

Amsterdam – ING has protected hundreds of customers from (further) financial damage due to dating fraud. In 2024, the Bank connected 350 victims of such scams anonymously to Geldfit, after which 70% of those people broke the ‘relationship’ with the scammer.
