ING is going to dispose of a card reader: what about customers without a smartphone?

ING asks customers to no longer use the card reader for online banking from December. Customers can still connect to the online bank via the itsme app or their own ING app. The organization Financité denounces the decision and criticizes that ING excludes customers who do not have a smartphone.
