Fandy attracted a lot of attention: 50,000 people watched as she huffed and puffed as she tried to bring new life into the world.

Waters broken

The influencer, known for her gaming content, went live on Twitch on Tuesday, October 7, as soon as her waters broke. She was assisted by a medical team and her husband Adam who eventually helped the 30-year-old gamer into an inflatable pool where their daughter Luna was born through a water birth.

Shortly after giving birth, the streamer posted a long, emotional account on Instagram in which she thanked everyone who supported her during the birth. She also responded to criticism that she risked the health of her unborn child for likes and clicks.

Criticism of Fandy

She said that she had consciously opted for a home birth after negative experiences with the birth of her first child, which took place in the hospital. She wanted more control over the birth, but had also ensured that she could receive immediate medical attention if unexpected complications occurred.

She also criticizes the criticism that she wanted to monetize the birth of her child. Fandy points out that she never asked her followers for likes, nor did anyone have to pay money or subscribe: “I wanted to share something personal and thus make a lasting memory,” is her defense.

Finally, the new mother announced that she would immediately stop her activities on OnlyFans.
