BERLIN – Just as he was about to catch a flight from Berlin, Palestinian influencer Atallah Younes (23) was handcuffed. Police were looking for him after he shot a flare into a children’s room on New Year’s Eve and shared his ‘heroic act’ on social media. “It is a miracle that there were no casualties,” said German police.
