“Infiltrated IS member” shoots American soldiers and interpreter dead in Syria: “Serious retaliation will follow”

An “infiltrated Islamic State” (IS) fighter has shot dead two American soldiers in Syria. An American interpreter was also killed, the U.S. War Department said. Three others were injured in the attack in Palmyra. US President Donald Trump warns of serious retaliation.
