“We just sent the photo for fun,” says Jolanda Kuipers. “But then we were suddenly selected and we had to go to Sloterdijk for the recordings.” According to the textile chain, the Zeezwemmers were very suitable for the shoot because of their vulnerability and authenticity.

Great adventure

The fun and experience is unique for the Zeezwemmers. “Who can say that they play with their sports club in a TV advertising?” Laughs Marianne van de Water.

In mid -June the commercial was broadcast for the first time and since then Jolanda has been flooded with reactions. “Even on the street, someone asked:” Was that? “. That is of course very comical.”

Besides that the Zeezwemmers were allowed to keep the underwear, they received a thousand euros for the club greenhouse. “We will have a nice lunch with the models and what remains we will drink coffee with the rest,” concludes Marianne.
