The judicial authorities of Ukraine have been subjected to cyberattacks, mailing lists with judicial requests are sent from their official addresses. About it reported in the press service of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security of Ukraine in Telegram.

“Massive cyber attacks that took place on January 13-14 continue. Since yesterday (January 28), official addresses of the judiciary have been sending out allegedly judicial requests,” the message says.

In addition, as specified in the department, malicious software is downloaded from the links in the letters.

The press service of the Center also noted that the distribution comes from real mail servers of the judiciary, which allows letters to pass spam filters and inspire more confidence.

“It is possible that only individual addresses of courts have been compromised, although it should not be ruled out that the entire mail server may be compromised,” the department added.
