Residents of Khabarovsk were banned from launching fireworks in crowded places, in particular on the main site of the city in the Dynamo park. About it reported press service of the city administration.
It was reminded that video surveillance cameras with face recognition function are installed in the recreation area.
“Since this place is not intended for fireworks, in relation to those who will let out fireworks, the application of administrative responsibility is possible,” said the head of the administration service for interaction with the police, Alexander Bachurin.
For launching fireworks in the wrong place foreseen fine 3 thousand rubles. In case of damage or injury to health, it can grow up to 5 thousand. For more serious cases, criminal liability is provided.
