The three variants at a glance
Sober basic variant:
A 25 meter competition pool with a diving board, small target group pool, toddler pool, kiosk and sunbathing area. Costs are 5.5 million, number of expected visitors is 40,000 and annual operating deficit is 5.5 tons.
Extended variant:
Larger version of the simple variant, plus a recreational pool, water slide, playground, toddler pool and beach volleyball court. Costs are 9.3 million, an average of 65,000 visitors and the annual deficit is 800,000.
Luxury variant:
The basis is the average version, but slightly larger, with an additional water slide, a diving tower, football field, table tennis tables and a mini golf course. The investment is 17 million euros, with an average of 100,000 and annual costs of 1.3 million.
