Frankfurt/Main (dpa) – Bundesliga soccer club Eintracht Frankfurt has prematurely extended the contract with board spokesman Axel Hellmann, which is due to expire next year, until 2027, according to information from the “Bild” newspaper.
Marketing expert Hellmann has been with the Hessians for ten years on the board, which also includes Markus Krösche (sport) and Oliver Frankenbach (finance). The 50-year-old Hellmann is considered a candidate for a seat on the Executive Committee of the German Football League, which will be re-elected in August.
