Olli Palola’s injury destroys Ilves’ work mole chain.

The most interesting game of the day
The top fight of the league night will be seen in Tampere, when the series leader Ilves hosts JYP from series four.
Ilves’ wild 11-game winning streak was snapped less than a week ago as a guest of HIFK (slightly contrary to the events of the game). However, the team countered the situation the next day by defeating HIFK at home in a game on consecutive days with a crushing 6–0, so no real game-like signs of Ilves’ pace freezing can be seen, at least not yet.
The team’s biggest concern at the moment may well be who has entered the team Olli Palolan an injury a week ago. With these prospects, Palola will have to be out of the rink for at least a couple of months.
Palola formed together Teemu Enbergin and By Erik Borg with Ilves’ most active attacking player lately. Now Palola is trying to replace a slightly different profile in the working mole chain Lukas Svejkovsky.
Otherwise, too many people are starting to gather in Ilves’ sick ward again when, along with Palola, they are gone Arttu Pelli, Kasper Björgkvist mixed Carl Klingberg.
However, the team does not have an acute problem yet, because the quadruple chain Eemil Laurell and Timi Teuho-Markkola are able to bring energy to the team if the playing time does not increase too much.
JYP’s situation is different from Ilves’ in terms of tone. There are no less than three direct regular-time losses to KalPa, KooKoo and HIFK with a combined score of 6–16. Defensive play has been chaotic at times. Now, after four days of practice, it is interesting to see in which direction the team’s closeness has developed.
On the assembly front, JYP lacks a power man Santeri Huovilan along with a power forward Antti Tyrväinen and defender Teemu Eronen. These do not include the team falling.
At the finish line, Ilves starts Dominik Pavlat (89.20% / 2.62 / +1.69) and at JYP Oskari Setänen (89.41% / 2.78 / -2.91). Despite the statistics, I don’t give an advantage to JYP in this sector now, because Pavlat has been on the rise recently.
Both of the earlier matches of the season have gone to JYP. The matches played at the very beginning of the season ended 4–3 in Jyväskylä (shots 43–52 and expected goals 1.9–3.9) and 1–5 in Tampere (55–44 / 3.2–2.2). Regarding those matches, it is worth remembering that Ilves had a bad start to the season, and the team was not balanced at all.
Regarding the balance of power and in terms of betting, I am currently slightly more in favor of Veikkaus in Ilves and I consider Ilves’ actual game time win with a coefficient of 1.92 as the best betting choice. My rating for that is 51%.
Ilves–JYP starts at 18:30.
The best betting tip of the day
Tuesday’s best betting idea can be found in the semi-finals of the African Championship tournament.
Nigeria should be considered the best team of the tournament, together with the host country Morocco, based on their performances. For the time being, the teams’ opposition should be considered roughly equally tough at this stage of the tournament.
From their five matches, Nigeria has collected a goal difference of 14–4 and a goal difference of 12.8–2.8, while Morocco’s corresponding numbers are 9–1 and 9.1–2.6. Little by little, these tilt the game scale in Nigeria’s direction.
Also, the only country that both have faced in the tournament, Tanzania, gives a little hint in the direction of Nigeria. Nigeria beat Tanzania 2–1, shots 21–11 and expected 1.6–0.8, while Morocco’s respective figures were 1–0, 12–4 and 1.0–0.7.
The home advantage in these African Games is always big, but I still consider the Nigeria-Morocco match to be more even in terms of odds, and I think the +0.25 odds for Nigeria should not be close to two (1.98 at the time of making the tip). This is valid until the receipt with an estimate of 53%. Nigeria–Morocco starts at 22:00.
For early bets, under 2.5 goals for the Espanyol-Girona match from La Liga with a coefficient of 1.77 are valid for the coupon.
Games of the day:
Nigeria+0.25–Morocco 1 (odds 1.98)
Espanyol–Girona under 2.5 goals (odds 1.77)
Last year’s total balance of the day’s games: 12/19/106%
