Iida Vainio and Archie Cruz talk about their money management in Gogi Mavromichalis’ podcast.

Rocker Archie Cruz aka Arttu Kuosmanen and media personality Iida Vainio are guests of Gogi Mavromichalis Gog’s cantabar in the most recent episode of the podcast.

In the episode, Cruz and Vainio talk about their money matters, among other things.

Iida Vainio and Archie Cruz have been together for over a year. Jani Korpela

Cruz says his biggest challenge with money is getting it. Vainio, on the other hand, says that his biggest challenge is managing money.

A couple fights about money when there is no money. Both sides of the couple have a tendency to make unnecessary purchases, which annoys the other when it comes to saving.

Saving is very relevant for them right now, as they prepare for the birth of their first child. The baby is due to arrive in December.

– I always dream of buying a Rolex or something. I do understand when Iida says don’t buy when we’re expecting a baby. You don’t buy a Rolex when you’re in a financial situation like this. I might also buy jeans, for example, and Iida complains that she shouldn’t buy a certain brand when it’s expensive, says Cruz.

– We have to buy cheaper, says Iida.

– We are on the verge of a new one. We are getting older and we would like to have a stable financial situation and not have to worry about it. Both look after each other a bit, says Cruz.

Despite the austerity measures, Cruz says that he bought himself a luxury car some time ago.

– I’ve had a mid-30s crisis, so I bought a Porsche, Cruz says.

– Porsche? You talk shit about having trouble getting money and then you bought a Porsche, Mavromichalis says.

– Such a magic word, like installment payment, Cruz laughs.

Archie Cruz and Iida Vainio met last year Farm Finland -show and they have been together ever since. The two live together in an apartment in Helsinki. However, Cruz told Iltalehti already in August that the couple is planning to move to a more peaceful environment.

– It is my dream that you are a bit like the host. Now not the lord of the manor, but the master of the house, he reflected in an interview with Iltalehti.

Cruz and Vainio were supposed to get married in August 2024, but the wedding was postponed.
