The ice club in Noordlaren does not seem to be taking on the first marathon on natural ice. The ice on the track is not thick enough everywhere.
The KNSB will first do a measurement in Burgum on Wednesday morning. There the ice would be 3 cm thick everywhere.
The track in Noordlaren will open to members. The first ones already have their skates on.
