The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) believes the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant is a Ukrainian facility, despite the illegal annexation of the region by Russia. The head of nuclear watchdog Rafael Grossi said during a visit to Kiev that the annexation does not change the IAEA’s position.
