Following its acquisition by Frasers Group, the founder and executives of fast fashion retailer I Saw It First have resigned.

Founder Jalal Kamani, brother of Boohoo co-founder Mahmud Kamani, has resigned as chairman of the company, according to filings with UK companies house. Other departures include Kamani’s sons Tayyab and Mustafa, and chief executive Greg Pateras, who has only been in office since November 2021. In addition, Leanne Holmes, the head of purchasing, merchandising and brands, has also resigned. The filings show that Stephen Mucklow, a partner of Mike Ashley, owner of Frasers Group, has been appointed a director.

The retailer was acquired by Frasers Group for an undisclosed sum in late July, just a month after the group bought Missguided out of bankruptcy.
