Tourism entrepreneur known from television Folke West76, says Stopin a recent interview with the magazine that he moved to Kittilä. About ten years ago, the TV personality was diagnosed with cancer, which sent metastases from the tongue. The treatments worked and West recovered.
West has not been seen in public in recent years. He was last seen hosting his own Folke West Traveling in Finland – program on Alfa TV in 2021, which was preceded by a long break. In the 1990s and 2000s, West produced hundreds of TV programs and served as producer and director of Radio Ykkönen’s night radio.
