During Elias’ pregnancy, Douwe Bob revealed that he was not in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend Anouk. That has now changed. With a big smile on his face and with shining eyes, the singer reveals that they are in a relationship ‘as far as he’s concerned. Not only love is prospering, but also their little man. “Elias is back to his birth weight after three days. That’s pretty crazy.”
Three children with three women
Becoming a father is already a life-changing event, but having three children in six months is quite tough. Douwe is not put off when Beau brings up the subject. “It is what it is,” said the singer. “I was able to laugh a lot about it, because of course there were a lot of jokes. Many of them were very good,” he chuckles. “But in the end you are talking about human lives. I want to be a good father.”
Whether he is a good father, Douwe does not dare to answer one, two, three. The singer does not have a good relationship with one of the mothers. “I do believe that love will find its way.” He says to ‘go for it’ in the hope that that relationship will be restored in the future. “I am very happy and happy with my kids”, says Douwe, with moist eyes.
