“I think the most important thing is to make decisions and learn from them. In my case it is dedication to paddle tennis, which is my passion, but With discipline and follow-up, diabetes should not prevent anyone from doing what they like the most,” says Ruiz.

The recently proclaimed runner-up in the world with the Spanish Padel Team and number 10 in the World Padel Tour ranking explains some of his experiences and leaves an inspirational message for all those who have been able to see themselves in the same situation.
