With the petrol mild hybrid gone, a new full hybrid system has now been introduced, boosted up to 239 HP. Also in the range is a 150 HP petrol engine and a 136 HP mild hybrid diesel
For the Hyundai the time has come to renew the engines for the Tucsonthe point of reference for the Korean brand’s C-segment SUVs, with the introduction of the 2026 model. The trim levels remain unchanged, as do the rich features and list prices. The version for next year in fact features a new powertrain full hybridmore powerful than the previous one, for an increasingly smooth and efficient ride. Under the hood is a 1.6 T-Gdi petrol engine combined with an electric unit with a six-speed automatic transmission. Available with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, it now has a total power of 239 HP against 215 in the previous version. Among the possible engines for this C-SUV there is no longer the 160 HP petrol mild hybrid. So now for the Hyundai Tucson in addition to the new full hybrid, we find that a gas 1.6 T-Gdi from 150 HPwith six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Then there is the version mild hybrid diesel with a 1.6 Crdi from 136 HPpaired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The optional Lounge, Premium and Deluxe packages can be added to the configurations confirmed in the range, i.e. XTech, Business, Excellence and N Line, to further personalize your car.

Strong and distinctive design for this new Hyundai Tucson, with a cabin with attention to the smallest details for the maximum level of comfort, safety and connectivity. In its basic version the Hyundai Tucson features full LED headlights and 17″ alloy wheels. The interiors of this C-Suv are among the most spacious in the category, with a capacity of trunk of 616 litres in the full hybrid version and high ergonomics of all controls. Folding rear seats, parking sensors with rear camera, leather-covered steering wheel and LED interior lights. In the center we find a horizontal plank with a dual curved display: 12″ LCD panel for the car’s instruments and 12.3″ touchscreen for the infotainment system. On the console there is also wireless charging for smartphones, while the change it was placed on the steering column to free up space. The basic setup XTech with the 1.6 Tgdi 150 HP petrol engine it starts from 33,400 euroswhich become 37,500 euros for the 239 HP full hybrid XTech. As far as the version is concerned Businesswhich in addition has 18″ alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless charging for smartphones, tinted rear windows and adaptive cruise control, the petrol version is listed starting from 35,900 euros. The Business diesel mild hybrid starts from 39,700 eurosinstead the full hybrid gives 40,000 euros. At the top of the range we therefore find the set-up Excellencewith 19″ light alloy wheels, full LED matrix headlights, electric tailgate, heated front seats and steering wheel, plus the head-up display and a Premium audio system. The Excellence version is available as a mild hybrid diesel from 42,200 euroswhile the full hybrid with 239 HP starts from 42,500 euros. Then there is the sports version N Linewith 19″ alloy wheels and dedicated design, sports bumpers and wheel arches in body color. Inside, contrasting red stitching, heated and adjustable N Line sports seats covered in leather and fabric, with metal-covered pedals. The N Line diesel mild hybrid starts from 42,200 euros, while the full hybrid from 44,600 euros.
