The Dutch laundry provider Hunkemöller has now realized his new store concept in Germany for the first time. After a comprehensive renovation, the brand’s 251 square meter branch in the Oberhausen shopping center Westfield Centro was used.
The new concept, which according to the company “focuses on personal advice and a relaxed shopping experience”, stands for a “comprehensive restructuring,” said the laundry provider.
“This transformation marks a new chapter in the history of Hunkemöller and is implemented throughout the organization,” says a message. “A strong focus is on product innovations, a completely revised shop concept, customer communication and an incomparable (online) shopping experience that goes beyond the offer of lingerie.”
The company also relies on a “modern, demanding” brand identity, which will in future be used in the advertising campaigns and shops. In addition, the website and the app were completely redesigned.
