Hummel and the Canadian Premier League (CPL) have formed a long-standing partnership.
The Danish sportswear manufacturer will become the official clothing partner of the Canadian professional soccer league starting next year, the parties announced on Thursday on the social media Instagram. This means that Hummel will create customized jersey designs for each club, produce official league merchandise and provide apparel for league employees. The first Hummel jerseys for the CPL are scheduled to be presented in early 2026.
The partnership comes as the soccer world turns its eyes to North America as the United States, Canada and Mexico host the Men’s World Cup in July 2026.
