Human remains found in car from Willemdok in Antwerp: vehicle linked to man who has been missing for 25 years

Human remains were found on Friday in the vehicle that was found on Thursday in the Willemdok on the Eilandje in Antwerp. Kristof Aerts, spokesperson for the Antwerp public prosecutor’s office, confirms this. During a diving exercise by the fire brigade, the car was found on the bottom of the dock. The vehicle appears to be linked to a man who has been missing for more than 25 years.
