Swiss magazine Blick tellsthat a lot of NHL stars are coming to the hockey World Cup.
Sweden will be strengthened by the Detroit Red Wings defender Albert JohanssonVancouver Canucks forwards Nils Höglander, Linus Karlsson and Liam Ohgren and New York Islanders forwards Emil Heineman and Simon Holmström.
Holmström scored 41 power points (19+22) in 79 regular season games.
Sweden also gets an 18-year-old top promise by Anton Frondell. The forward moved mid-season from Sweden to the Chicago Blackhawks, who signed him last year in the third round of the draft. At only 18 years old, Frondell played 12 NHL games and scored 3+6.
According to the newspaper, New Jersey Devils forwards are coming to strengthen Switzerland Nico Hischier and Timo Meierthe defender representing the team received Jonas Siegenthaler as well as a forward for the St. Louis Blues Pius Suter. The foursome also represented Switzerland at the Milan-Cortina Olympics.
Hischier scored 66 points in 82 games in the regular season. Meier’s balance in 77 games was 44 points. Suter, on the other hand, scored 13 hits and provided 16 assists in 64 regular season games in St. Louis.

Its lineup is strengthened by at least the defender of the Vancouver Canucks Filip HronekNew York Rangers forward Jaroslav Chmelar and a defenseman for the Calgary Flames Adam Klapka.
Hronek scored 8+41 in 82 NHL regular season games.
The Ice Hockey World Cup will be played in Switzerland from 15 to 31. May.
