It is more astonishing that his concert in the Bochum Matrix, in which only a few hundred spectators fit, is not sold out by Wednesday afternoon, although it was announced months ago.
How excited does Gil Ofarim, through the “Davidstern affair”, have become the most unpopular singer in the country?

In November 2023, the main hearing against Gil Ofarim took place before the Leipzig district court in the “Davidstern affair” (all information here). On the sixth day of the trial, Ofarim admitted to inventing the accusations. He apologized to the hotel employee who accepted the apology. The procedure was set on the condition that Ofarim pays 5,000 euros to the Jewish community in Leipzig and to the memorial and educational institution- House of the Wannsee conference. He was also obliged to make compensation for the accused hotel employee.
In the permanent shit storm
Many take the 43-year-old crooked that he did not apologize publicly for his invented accusations. There is a permanent shitstorm on all newer posted photos on his Instagram profile.
Nevertheless, Gil Ofarim has now announced a comeback concert for April 2025. For his appearance in the not gigantic Bochum Matrix Club (April 17, 2025), there are still loosely in stores, although announced for months.
