The Federal Food Agency (FAVV) recently had some cheeses removed from the racks because they were infected with the Listeria intestinal bacterium. How often do such recalls take place? Are there enough checks? And is the food we buy in the store really safe? We went to the FAVV lab in Gentbrugge for a unique look behind the scenes.
