How a woman with pudding broke a man’s arm – read this…

Tiergarten District Court. Accused: Jacqueline S. (60). Even if you don’t look at the slim early retiree: she loves sweet pudding. If pudding is on sale, she likes to fill her shopping bag with it. It then weighs several kilos.

Anyone who smacks such a heavy bag of pudding over someone else’s ears is using it as a dangerous tool. On August 30, 2018, Jacqueline S. is said to have made her purchase on Moabit Turmstrasse.

The prosecution continued: “Then she slapped the injured party three times on both sides of his face.” In addition to that, insults: “Ar***” to him, “monkey” to the daughter with Down’s syndrome. The father suffered a bone fracture in three places and now has ten screws in his arm. The child suffered the shock of his life.

The judge: “Do you want to speak?” Jacqueline wants, but her lawyer silences her: “Nah, she doesn’t want to!”

The man with the triple broken arm testifies. “We came from the Schultheiss Center,” says Zenon A. (60). “One of my daughter’s juice cups fell over. The woman passed with her large shopping bag and scolded. Then she swung and struck. When the police came, they also claimed that I had attacked them and pinched their chests!”

He was in the Charité for three days. His lawyer quoted what the pudding bag wrestler wrote to the police at the time: “If I had slapped the bag full of yoghurt and pudding around his ears, he would have looked like a pudding cup!” Which was not the case.

The penalty for dangerous bodily harm: 6 months to 10 years imprisonment. Judgment on July 15.
