Hovocubo gives PhD student VNS United a hard beating and wins by a big margin

Hovocubo has booked a big win over provincial rival VNS United in the premier league futsal tonight. The PhD student from Amsterdam could not stunt against the reigning national champion from Hoorn and eventually received a hard beating: 12-3.

Hovocubo got off to a good start in their own sports hall De Opgang in Zwaag and within six minutes it was already 2-0 thanks to goals from Faisal Mellah and Mats Velseboer. Issam el Bakkali did something in return for the team from Amsterdam, but eventually Hovocubo took a comfortable 5-1 lead at halftime.

In the second act, the Horinese continued to look for more goals and gave the spectators their money’s worth. Partly thanks to two goals from star Noureddine Oulad Ben Youssef and three from taste maker Amin Amghar, the 12-3 final score was finally on the scoreboard. Because of the victory, Hovocubo remains undefeated and is joint leader in the premier league with thirty points from ten games. Also co-leader FC Eindhoven has not yet lost this season.
