Brussels – There is a major shortage of housing in the Netherlands, but European regulations that hinder the construction of new houses are in abundance. That is why Minister Mona Keijzer (Public Housing) went to Brussels on Wednesday to argue for less regulation. “The accumulation of laws and regulations means that I get stuck in finding housing construction locations.”
