Horeca Flanders is not in favor of zero tolerance in traffic: “The chance of being caught and the penalty should be drastically increased”

The House Mobility Committee again organized hearings on Tuesday on the introduction of zero tolerance for alcohol in traffic. Traffic experts, police and judges remain in favor, but Horeca Vlaanderen does not. Instead of zero tolerance, the association wants to “draconically increase” the chance of detection and punishment.
