Horacio Rodríguez Larreta between surfing, the Beatles and an escrache

The head of the Buenos Aires government, Horacio Rodriguez Larreta, spent a few days touring different points of the Atlantic Coast. In campaign mode, his time was marked by political meetings and contact with vacationers, running and surfing: he had time to relax using his board on some waves in Chapadmalal.

However, before being able to go enjoy water sports, Rodríguez Larreta’s passage through Mar del Plata forced him to “surf” an escrache in the sand. “The one who takes the money from the province of Buenos Aires to the City, the one who takes the co-participation from the province of Buenos Aires to the City,” they rebuked him.

“The richest city takes the money… it takes the money from the province of Buenos Aires,” shouted a man pointing at the Buenos Aires, eventual candidate for the presidency in 2023. “Take it from the beach,” some threw at him vacationers, an escrache that from the Larretista circle they understood armed.

Peri, despite the bad taste she experienced on the beach, Larreta took advantage of her time in La Feliz. He participated in an opposition summit between representatives of the PRO and the UCR. Among them were the governor of Jujuy, Gerardo Morales and the radical senator Martin Losteau.

And in a clear campaign gesture, the Buenos Aires governor was photographed crossing the streets of Aristóbulo del Valle and Quintana, along with Morales, Lousteau and the deputy Diego Santilliin clear reference to the iconic image of The Beatles on Abbey Road, the eleventh studio album released by the British band.

Pinamar Larreta Yeza press conference

And before surfing in chapadmalal and of his passage through The happyLarreta was in Pinamar, where He accused Kirchnerism of illegal espionage, and defended Justice Minister Marcelo D’Alessandro, who recently requested leave from his position.

“I support the decision he made in the face of the aggressiveness and the attack he is suffering from Kirchnerism, based on illegal espionage. His decision had a very strong personal content. What happened is an attack on privacy like never before seen in Argentina,” he said.
