Hope in anxious days: second gorilla twins born in a short time in Congolese national park

Another mountain gorilla twin has been born in the Virunga National Park, in eastern Congo. The second in less than three months and that for an animal species where twins are almost non-existent. The birth was suspected as early as January, but was only confirmed much later. Large parts of the park are simply inaccessible due to fighting.
