Honduras’ parliament refuses to recognize election results due to Trump ‘interference’

The standing committee of the Honduran parliament has declared that it will not recognize the results of the November 30 presidential election. The committee cites both ‘internal and external pressure’ as reasons – exerted by organized crime and US President Donald Trump.
