Homeless men buy winning scratch card with stolen bank card: “I want to share the win with them on one condition”

Two homeless men from Toulouse recently bought a winning scratch card. There was only one problem: they did that with a stolen bank card. The French National Lottery, Française des Jeux, then decided to block the payment of the profit of 500,000 euros for the time being. The owner of the stolen bank card now has a striking proposal for the thieves: he wants to share the profit.
