A hot air balloon made an emergency landing tonight in a meadow near Paterswolde. The maneuver was necessary because, for an unknown reason, a hole had appeared in the balloon.
There were five passengers on board and they escaped unharmed. The police were on the scene with many people. A police helicopter that was nearby also flew in.
