HJK beat SJK

Two matches were played in the Veikkausliiga on Sunday.

Helsinki Football Club took a narrow 1–0 victory over SJK on Sunday in the Veikkausliiga.

With their win, HJK moved into second place in the league over Honga and is now tied with Kuopio Palloseura, who is number one in the league. Both teams have the same number of points, i.e. 43.

Honka drew against AC Oulu on their home field yesterday Saturday, while KuPS beat FC Inter in their own match.

In Sunday’s second match, Vaasa Palloseura and HIFK tied the scores 1–1.
