Hessnatur has appointed Andrea Homann as Co-CEO. Homann will start in September with the current CEO Stefan Mues work in tandem, announced the Butzbach-based company for sustainable fashion on Thursday.
Homann will oversee product, sourcing and retail, corporate social responsibility, and marketing and public relations. Mues will focus on the areas of sales, e-commerce and finance, as well as human resources and corporate development.
30 years of experience in the field of product and brand
Born in Hamburg, she has 30 years of work experience at various companies in the fashion and home industry. Most recently she worked at the Gries Deco Group as Managing Director for an interior design brand and as a member of the Global Management team in areas such as business development, brand strategy, product mix and marketing communications. She gained experience in the fashion industry at Tom Tailor, where she worked for twelve years, among other things as Managing Director in the ‘Product and Brand’ department.
Reiner Pichler, shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board at Hessnatur, sees the new hire as an opportunity to continue the company’s growth course in cooperation with Stefan Mues and the management team.
