Bundesliga club Hertha BSC has strengthened itself again before the start of the season.
The Berliners signed Wilfried Kanga from Young Boys Bern, the club announced on Saturday. The 24-year-old attacker has been given a four-year contract.
“With his size, physical presence, speed and drive to goal, we’re getting a striker who is very well suited to the type of football we want to put on the pitch,” sporting manager Fredi Bobic said in the club’s statement.
Meanwhile, Kanga hopes to be able to take the next step in Berlin. “Hertha is the club that wanted me the most and made me feel needed. This is a big club that offers me all the conditions to develop,” said the Frenchman.
