Bundesliga club Hertha BSC celebrated their second win in the second preparatory game under new coach Sandro Schwarz.

After the 6-0 win against Berlin’s sixth division club TuS Makkabi, the old lady struggled to win 1-0 (1-0) at regional division club SV Babelsberg. Marco Richter scored the only goal in the ninth minute.

In the second half, goalkeeper Rune Jarstein made his comeback after 468 days. The 37-year-old had not played since March 21, 2021 due to a corona infection with a severe course of the disease, subsequent heart muscle inflammation and a two-month sports ban as well as knee surgery.
