Here is Spotify’s most listened artist!

The year is coming to an end and for this reason the music streaming service Spotify publishes its annual list of the most listened to artists. In 2023, the music service Spotify had more than 574 million listeners.

The list of the top 10 most listened artists in Finland this year includes only two foreign artists. The vocal language of all other artists is Finnish. The wrapper finished ninth in the artists.

All of Finland’s top 10 most listened songs and albums are in Finnish. This year’s Eurovision drug is strongly visible in the song list.

– Finns love domestic music and Spotify’s top charts prove it again. Domestic rap music has been extremely popular for a long time and this can be seen in this year’s charts as well, the genre’s winning streak continues really strong, says Spotify Finland’s Senior Editor in the press release Samuli Väänänen.

– It is also great to notice that domestic female artists have been on the rise again. The list of the most listened albums of the year in Finland includes three hard B’s this year: Behm, Bee and BessVäänänen sums up.
