Helmond Sport has confirmed the appointment of Belgian Frédéric Frans as the new trainer. The 37-year-old coach signs a contract for two seasons and comes from Jong KV Mechelen. At the end of January, this newspaper reported that Frans would become the new trainer, but this was denied at the time by the management of Helmond Sport.
