Helicopter and plane clash in airspace above Washington, possibly dozens of people on board

A military helicopter collided above the American capital Washington on Wednesday evening with a traffic plane that tried to land on the Ronald Reagan National Airport, the US aviation authorities (FAA) report. All air traffic at the airport has been stopped. There may be dozens of people on board.
