They help the couple Say Milan, Henna Meriläinen and Ira Vihreälehto. They study DNA matches, build family trees, study church records and tombstones, rummage through archives and go through old letters and photos until they get results.
More is known about Anna-Liisa’s mother’s background, although not very much. When he died in 2004, Heli found out about JP’s existence. JP already knew about Heli and also about their two older half-siblings, born in the 1960s From the sari and Quake. The wall comes up several times when JP tries to get his supposed relatives to do a DNA test. Over
Mysteriousness can also be found on JP’s father’s side of the family. He is trying to get a DNA sample from someone descended from the same branch to confirm his father’s ancestry. JP faces resistance and has to be disappointed several times.
– I don’t understand what that means. “Mother doesn’t want to bring up old things.” What old things? I don’t understand at all now, JP is in pain after one phone call, when a wall comes up against him.
