In celebration of her 20th stage anniversary, singer Helene Fischer will be performing today at the Heinz von Heiden Arena in Hannover. Here, you can find information on transportation, parking, and weather.
According to the organizers, the audience can expect songs spanning two decades. A highlight of the concert will be the 360-degree stage situated at the center of the stadium, connecting all sections with walkways. Over 40,000 fans are anticipated. Just last weekend, the Schlager singer held two concerts at Hamburger Volksparkstadion, where a total of approximately 115,000 fans cheered for her over both days.
No Parking Near the Stadium
The police, organizers, and the city of Hannover recommend using public transport or bicycles to get to the concert. There will be no parking spaces available near the stadium, as the Schützenplatz is also unavailable due to the Schützenfest. For those arriving by bike, a bicycle parking area is available on Lodemannweg south of the arena. Additionally, there will be road closures around the stadium today.
Utilize “Park & Ride” Services
For those who still prefer traveling by car, the police recommend using the “Park & Ride” services at the terminus stations of the light rail and the navigation app “NUNAV”. Notably, the concert ticket also serves as a combined ticket for public transport in Hannover (GVH), valid for three hours prior to entry until the end of service, allowing access to all buses and trains.
