Offer for Batavus dam Accell unconditional: ‘Needed support will be forthcoming’
The acquisition of Batavus and Sparta parent Accell Group will be continued. Although investors KKR and Teslin failed to win the desired 80% of shareholders, they announced on Thursday evening their offer of €58 per share, or almost €1.6 billion, for the bicycle manufacturer.
