Brabant road users are stuck in traffic jams on Wednesday evening. On the A59, traffic from Den Bosch to the Zonzeel junction must take into account a delay of 45 minutes. On the A58 between Tilburg and Eindhoven the delay is up to half an hour.
It is also busy on the route from Veldhoven to the Belgian border: motorists must take an hour of extra travel time into account. The score was drawn up around half past six in the evening.

According to the ANWB, it is the busiest rush hour of the year, with more than 1,000 kilometers of traffic jams on Dutch roads. The association warned earlier in the day of extra crowds, because many people have taken a few days off and are going out en masse. The rainy weather is also not good.
